Networks Connect is looking for a RN Clinical Coordinator that will work in office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37-$40/hour
Expected Hours: 42-45 hours per week
Location: Chicago, IL (multiple office locations within 10 miles: 2835 N Sheffield Ave, 3416 S Halsted St, and 3916 N Broadway)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (16 weeks before conversion)

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Assist with patient follow-ups and respond to portal messages.
- Draft letters, generate referrals, and refill medications.
- Perform charting and documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR.
- Conduct phlebotomy and manage IVs as needed.
Administrative Duties
- Supervise a small team of two FTEs.
- Manage the CEO/Medical Director’s schedule and operations.
- Prepare reports and represent the CEO in meetings.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Marketing team.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license with at least 5 years of healthcare experience (newly licensed RNs with prior experience considered).
- Proficient in medical diagnoses, medications, and EMR systems (knowledge of MIPS is a plus).
- Skilled in phlebotomy and IV management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a high level of professionalism.
Work Environment
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be adaptable to varying hours, including one weekend day (Sunday).
- Travel Requirement: Travel between three Chicago-based offices (within 10 miles).
- Physical Settings: Clinics specializing in behavioral health, primary care, and sexual health.
