Networks Connect is looking for a Part-Time ROI Specialist that will work in office.

Location: Chicago, IL 60608

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: 15-25/week, varying schedule

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented ROI DATA ANALYST to support our Quality Assurance Coordinator in managing data for clinical integration and value-based care programs. This part-time contract position is perfect for someone organized, efficient, and experienced in working with confidential medical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Request and manage client records from healthcare providers, social service agencies, and government entities.
• Record Accuracy: Maintain and update records of all requests and received documentation.
• Contact Directory Maintenance: Ensure accurate phone and fax contact information for facilities.
• Data Entry: Input data into the MIPS (Merit-Based Incentive Payment System) system.
• HIPAA Compliance: Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather information.
• Reporting: Assist with data analysis and generate reports as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Experience with confidential data and medical records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
