As a Medical Coding Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of billed services, supporting training initiatives, and driving documentation excellence. This hybrid role offers both flexibility and the chance to work closely with a team of healthcare experts.

???? What You’ll Do:

• Review and analyze clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with billed services.
• Communicate with clients across multiple channels—phone, email, in-person—building trusted relationships.
• Create and refine tools, templates, and training resources that elevate client documentation practices.
• Stay ahead of the curve with ever-evolving industry trends and regulatory updates.
• Assist with reports that help guide provider education and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple projects with confidence, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to optimize coding and documentation workflows.

???? What You Bring:

• Certification in medical coding (CPC, RHIT, CPMA, COC or equivalent) – a must-have.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare coding.
• 1+ year of experience in medical auditing.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Deep understanding of CPT, ICD coding, auditing, and revenue cycle reimbursement.
• Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive independently.
