Salary Range: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Medical Receptionist for our fast-paced Bridgeport location. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Scheduling: Manage provider schedules and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize operations and reduce wait times.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance, collect copays, and ensure financial details are accurately recorded.
- Administrative Support: Maintain up-to-date patient data in the EMR system and assist clinical staff with timely chart completion.
- Customer Service: Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage daily workflows for seamless patient flow.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure the security and confidentiality of patient data in adherence to all privacy regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a medical office setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred).
- Personal Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Sensitivity to cultural and social differences, ensuring fairness and respect in all interactions.
