Compliance Relationship Manager (Remote)

Job Description

Networks Connect is hiring a Compliance Relationship Manager that will work remotely. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retirement Plan Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our retirement plan sponsors and clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring plan compliance, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of retirement plans, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of plan administration.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Dedicated Contact for assigned group of clients (Typically 120-150 High Profile Plans)
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate proactively.
• Assist the client in ensuring the plan is meeting all retirement plan qualification guidelines
• Recommend changes to plan design or operation as needed
• Review and approve participant requests for your assigned clients
• Ensure retirement plans comply with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• Coordinate plan amendments, updates, and compliance reviews.
• Oversee the integration of services like payroll and automatic enrollment.
• Collaborate with clients to improve plan processes and administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with current clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services.
• Perform reviews of testing and IRS filings prepared by associate level staff.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Experience in retirement plan administration or client relationship management.
• ASPPA QKA Certification
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a consultative approach.
• Proficiency in Ftwilliams and PensionPro
• Computer & Technical Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Accountable & Self-Sufficient
• Ability to Adhere to Deadlines

$90,000 - $125,000 salary
