This role starts as a contract-to-hire position. You’ll work directly with the client while being employed through our agency, and we’ll support you every step of the way. If you show strong performance, reliability, and a good fit with the team, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with the client. Contract duration is ~90 days & based on hours worked.

Duties
- Answer inbound calls (up to 100+ calls/day) from those with questions about scheduling, prescription refills, and general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments accurately across multiple clinics and specialties.
- Assist with insurance verification and prior authorization needs for procedures and surgeries.
- Explain financial options to patients, including self-pay, billing details, and available payment plans.
- Meet department quality and productivity goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of inbound call experience working with 60+ calls/day (required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm, patient, and supportive over the phone.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Genuine passion for helping others and creating a positive patient experience.
- Interest in growing and building a long-term career in healthcare.
- Healthcare experience is a plus!
