The Role
As Manager of Integrated Case Management, you’ll have operational accountability for the daily activities of the department — supporting best practice standards for the Case Management Program and partnering closely with the Director on planning, implementation, and process improvement.
This is a true operational leadership role with high floor visibility. You’ll lead an established team of approximately 75–80 FTEs (with ~25 direct reports) alongside a leadership structure that includes a Senior Manager, a peer Manager, and a Supervisor. You’ll mentor newer leaders, support the upcoming Epic rollout, and help drive a culture of accountability, positivity, and team cohesion. There’s no routine caseload — but you may step in on escalations, assessments, or complex discharges during high-volume periods.
Earnings
$110,000–$140,000 based on experience Relocation: Assistance available for the right candidate hourly

Duties
- • Daily operational leadership of the Integrated Case Management department
- • Mentorship and development of newer leaders on the team
- • Process improvement initiatives and best practice standards across Case Management
- • Support of the upcoming Epic rollout and related operational change
- • Compliance with Federal, State, and regulatory/accreditation requirements
- • High floor visibility — active presence with team and clinical partners
- • Escalations, complex discharges, and assessments during high-volume periods (as needed)
Requirements
- Open to either an RN or Social Work background: • Registered Nurse path: BSN required (MSN preferred), active Florida RN license, and CCM or C-ACM certification • Social Work path: MSW required, active Florida LCSW or LMHC, and C-SWCM or C-ASWCM certification
- • 3–5 years of case management or related healthcare experience
- • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience (acute-care hospital leadership strongly preferred)
- • Epic experience or Epic implementation exposure strongly preferred
- • Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence, accountability, and a collaborative, process-improvement mindset
- Note: Florida licensure must be in place prior to start date.
