This is a true operational leadership role with high floor visibility. You’ll lead an established team of approximately 75–80 FTEs (with ~25 direct reports) alongside a leadership structure that includes a Senior Manager, a peer Manager, and a Supervisor. There’s no routine caseload — but you may step in on escalations, assessments, or complex discharges during high-volume periods.
