Job Description
Networks Connect Professional Staffing is seeking motivated and service-driven Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join a leading healthcare system in Indianapolis. This position plays a key role in supporting patients through appointment scheduling, insurance coordination, financial guidance, and general patient services.
Please Note: This position requires 4–6 weeks of onsite training in Indianapolis, IN. After successful completion, the role transitions to 100% remote.
Earnings
$16.00 hourly

Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts
- Monday through Friday
Job Type
Duties
- Handle inbound patient calls regarding appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and general inquiries
- Schedule appointments accurately across multiple departments and specialties
- Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations for procedures and surgeries
- Educate patients on payment options, including self-pay, billing processes, and available plans
- Meet department expectations for quality, productivity, and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year inbound call center experience (required)
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to commute to and complete onsite training in Indianapolis, IN
License / Certification
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
