Networks Connect Healthcare Staffing is currently conducting a search for a full-time (LNHA) Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The Administrator leads and directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations, and company policies/procedures to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.

Qualifications:
- A current and valid state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant software
Responsibilities: As the leader of the facility, (LNHA) the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is expected to assure that the facility always operates in compliance with all state and federal regulations while providing person-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission
- Implements policies, rules and procedures for the facility as established by the Governing Body
- Monitors facility processes, practices, physical plant condition and resource availability to assure that the facility is in a state of continuous compliance
- Establish and maintain facility committees, to implement policies, assure compliance with regulations, provide a safe and high quality of care for residents
- Provides input to the operating budget based on the facility assessment, and maintains compliance with the established budget
- Communicates with residents and families on a regular basis to assure that needs and expectations are being met or exceeded
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
License / Certification
- A current and valid state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
