Responsibilities

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with personal hygiene tasks
Administer medications accurately and ensure patients adhere to prescribed treatments
Document patient progress, behaviors, and any incidents or changes in condition
Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

1 year of experience in any healthcare field (preferred)
Long Term Care Experience (preferred)
Valid Licensed Practical Nurses - LPN license in the state of FL
1 year of experience in any healthcare field (preferred)
Certification in CPR (BLS)

License / Certification

Valid Licensed Practical Nurses - LPN license in the state of FL
