Exclusive Partnerships
We offer discounted fees for exclusive search arrangements, which allow us to engage candidates more confidently and position your organization with a unified voice.
If a Candidate hired by Client is terminated or leaves within thirty (30) days of the Commencement Date, Client may request either a qualified replacement Candidate or reimbursement of Fees paid to Networks Connect for the placement of that Candidate.
If a Candidate hired by Client is terminated or leaves after thirty (30) but within ninety (90) days of the Commencement Date, Networks Connect agrees to use its reasonable best efforts to refer qualified replacement Candidates at no additional cost to Client.
