Networks Connect Healthcare Staffing LLC is a healthcare staffing solutions company and we are hiring for a Healthcare Recruiter. You will source, screen, qualify, and place healthcare professionals across revenue cycle (patient access, billing, coding, CDI) and clinical (nurses, medical assistants, clinical leaders) disciplines. You will build and manage a candidate pipeline, partner closely with account managers at leading health systems across the country, and develop deep expertise in a specialized niche.

Job Requirements
- Sources candidates by utilizing various methods (i.e., networking, referrals, online searches, internet postings, job/career fairs, local schools, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a ready pool of candidates by effectively using recruitment and sourcing technology
- Manage recruiting process and acts as a candidate advocate during the screening, job acceptance and assignment process
- Assist new hires with the proper entry of their employment data
- Assist other departments with various administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude accompanied by the desire to continuously improve yourself within your profession
