Duties
- Make high-volume outbound calls (average 60-80 calls/day) and send emails to prospective candidates for Insurance Sales opportunities
- Screen potential hires, respond to inquiries, and schedule interviews and webinars.
- Manage candidate information using an ATS to ensure accuracy and organization throughout the recruiting process.
- Participate in ongoing recruiter training to improve engagement strategies and candidate selection techniques.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance goals related to candidate outreach, interviews, and hires.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting within Insurance (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of following structured processes and metrics.
- High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
