Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence in healthcare revenue cycle management? Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of our client for a Senior Manager Revenue Cycle Analytics & Finance to lead key business operations, financial performance, and cross-functional initiatives that power the success of a complex revenue cycle team.

In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll report directly to executive leadership and drive initiatives across budgeting, analytics, contract management, staffing strategy, and system optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to shape process improvement and operational strategy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Earnings

$125,000 - $145,000 salary

Job Type

Duties

  • Develop and manage operational and capital budgets across multiple departments
  • Oversee financial performance, cost analysis, and variance resolution
  • Approve business expenditures, purchase requisitions, and expense reports
  • Lead RFPs, contracts, and special fund allocations with third parties
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to optimize workflows
  • Drive process enhancements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance
  • Lead and serve on high-level project teams and steering committees
  • Evaluate performance metrics and monitor ROI on new services and technologies
  • Supervise, mentor, and empower a team of program leads and business analysts
  • Partner with directors and department heads to align staffing and operations with goals
  • Deliver ongoing training to improve financial planning and team capabilities
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation

Requirements

  • 2+ years in healthcare or academic business management
  • At least 1 year of progressive team leadership or management experience
  • Expertise in revenue cycle operations, contract negotiation, and financial forecasting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Ability to inspire, train, and lead cross-functional teams through change
  • Proficiency in financial systems, budget planning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bonus Points: Certified Research Administrator (CRA) credential
  • Bonus Points: Experience in managing grants, indirect cost recovery, or healthcare innovation initiatives
  • Bonus Points: Proven track record of streamlining operations and improving financial performance

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree)
