$90,000 -$120,000 salary

Job Type
Duties
- Develop, implement, and evaluate new and existing programs, services, and SOPs
- Create project plans with milestones, deadlines, and accountability metrics
- Tackle day-to-day operational challenges with agility and insight
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to overcome systemic barriers
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning across service lines
- Monitor reimbursement trends and develop action plans to address denials or shortfalls
- Optimize spend and drive cost-effective decision-making aligned with department goals
- Recommend and justify investments in technology or process improvements
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to drive smarter decisions and sustainable growth
- Identify strategic opportunities and forecast emerging market trends
- Support implementation of new ventures, partnerships, and initiatives
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with finance, patient access, and clinical departments
- Cultivate team buy-in and stakeholder engagement during times of change
- Champion a culture of flexibility, integrity, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, finance, or program management
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of budgeting, reimbursement, and denial management
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, project planning, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable navigating complex systems, regulations, and change initiatives

License / Certification
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field
