$65,000 - $75,000 salary
Location - In Office

- Monday to Friday

Duties
- Create and revise training content for onboarding, role-specific upskilling, and compliance
- Facilitate instructor-led sessions and interactive workshops for new and current staff
- Administer and track competency tests to ensure training outcomes are met
- Manage calendars, space, materials, and registration for training events
- Track attendance, maintain accurate records, and ensure documentation compliance
- Prepare clear, visually appealing course materials and internal communication
- Gather feedback, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve training programs
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic training initiatives and quality improvement
- Contribute to a culture of safety, service, and learning
- You won't just be delivering PowerPoints you’ll be designing hands-on training programs that empower healthcare professionals to thrive. From new employee orientations to ongoing competency evaluations, you’ll build engaging learning experiences that directly impact patient care and team success.
- Your work will matter. Your sessions will guide nurses, coordinators, administrative teams, and patient-facing staff in delivering exceptional, consistent care.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in employee training or education (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills you can keep a room engaged!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Publisher and PowerPoint
- A natural ability to stay organized and manage training logistics
- Familiarity with scheduling or registration systems (a big plus!)
- Experience working in clinical, hospital, or outpatient environments
- Comfort leading both large group sessions and one-on-one coaching
- A passion for clarity, structure, and making complex systems approachable
