Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of our client. We are seeking a compassionate, clinically driven Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team providing inpatient and outpatient therapy services. This is a hands-on, patient-centered role ideal for licensed therapists who want to make a direct impact on patient mobility, independence, and recovery.
Whether you’re newly licensed or have clinical experience, this role offers the opportunity to work across multiple specialties while receiving support for professional development and specialty certifications.
Earnings
$40 - $62 hourly

Duties
- Participate in ongoing learning, CEUs, and internal teaching opportunities
- Actively engage with the healthcare team, contributing to coordinated, high-quality care
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff about care plans, safety precautions, and home exercise programs
- Maintain a clean, organized therapeutic environment and manage supply needs
- Participate in audits, evaluations, and peer reviews to ensure documentation quality
- Ensure all charting, billing, and scheduling tasks are completed efficiently and according to protocols
- Maintain timely, accurate, and legible documentation consistent with policy and payer standards
- Utilize specialty skills (or pursue development in areas like aquatics, vestibular rehab, lymphedema, orthopedic/manual therapy, etc.)
- Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff based on clinical scope and patient needs
- Deliver safe, age-appropriate treatments across diverse patient populations
- Provide evidence-based therapy services using manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and specialized interventions
- Adapt and update treatment plans in response to clinical progress or new impairments
- Set measurable goals that reflect both medical necessity and patient-specific recovery milestones
- Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients of all ages and backgrounds
Requirements
- New graduates welcome; clinical internship or experience in acute care, outpatient, or rehab setting preferred
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and EMR systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

License / Certification
- Master’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
