Earnings
$90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus salary

Duties
- Lead end-to-end project execution including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and reporting
- Provide intentional, proactive leadership that promotes a strong safety culture on job sites
- Manage all aspects of successful projects
- Prepare and present progress and cost reports to both clients and internal leadership
- Ensure predictability, accountability, and quality control across all construction phases
- Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Team Leaders
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to closeout
- Residential experience is preferred, not required.
- Skilled in project scope development, cost estimation, scheduling, risk assessment, and contract negotiation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and modern web-based applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a leadership mindset
