Our client, an established specialty contractor and construction management firm with over 25 years of success, is seeking a Project Manager / Operations Leader to oversee branch operations, manage field teams, and lead high-impact construction projects from start to finish.

Earnings

$90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus salary

Duties

• Lead end-to-end project execution including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and reporting
• Provide intentional, proactive leadership that promotes a strong safety culture on job sites
• Manage all aspects of successful projects
• Prepare and present progress and cost reports to both clients and internal leadership
• Ensure predictability, accountability, and quality control across all construction phases
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Team Leaders

Requirements

• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to closeout
• Residential experience is preferred, not required.
• Skilled in project scope development, cost estimation, scheduling, risk assessment, and contract negotiation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and modern web-based applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a leadership mindset
