Networks Connect is a healthcare staffing solutions company serving the short-term, long-term contract, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing service needs of all companies in the healthcare industry.

This role requires a professional and personable individual who is focused on scheduling and marketing through the mobile app. Ideal candidate will also have a strong work ethic, high energy, and have advanced customer service skills.

  • Monday through Friday (on-site) 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • Paid hourly
  • Experience preferred

 

Responsibilities

  • Creation, ownership, and execution of the company talent strategy while adjusting as needed based upon growth.
  • Maintain accurate and the timely updating of client calendar in the mobile app with confirming the HCP shifts.
  • Keep accurate schedules of employees and their assigned jobs on mobile app.
  • Responsible for maintaining app shift needs and updating accordingly based off management or facility requests.
  • Complete audits to ensure scheduling app matches company’s database.
  • Contact employee’s regarding day-to-day changes.
  • Reports any scheduling changes and/or client concerns to supervisor.
  • Responsible for coordinating and resolving daily scheduling conflicts and changes.
  • Processes payroll per company policy and processes or acts as back up for payroll processing, will also assist with the collection of timesheets.
  • Maintain accurate staffing documentation including attendance tracking as designated by the mobile app.
  • Assist credentialing functions.
  • Teamwork & Accountability – Working towards common goals while being accountable for assigned tasks; be amicable and work well with others; willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
  • Participates in the on-call function of the office.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned.

  • High school diploma required.
